Rooted in this community,
baked for yours.

Tri-Community was founded on a simple conviction: the best food comes from people who care deeply about what they make, and who know the names of the people they feed.

Located on S Vista Sierra St in San Manuel, we are a bakery and grocer that treats every loaf, every jar, and every shelf as an opportunity to do something right. We bake in small batches. We source with care. We show up every morning the same way we did on day one — with flour on our hands and standards we won't compromise.

From our oven to your table

Every product on our shelves has been chosen or created with a clear standard: it has to be something worth having.

Artisan Breads

Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal varieties — all leavened naturally and baked fresh each morning. No shortcuts, no preservatives, just time and technique.

Pastries & Sweets

Croissants, tarts, pies, and daily specials made from scratch. Butter-heavy, flaky, and crafted to pair perfectly with your morning coffee or afternoon pause.

Curated Groceries

pantry staples, specialty oils, imported goods, and local finds — each item selected for quality and character rather than shelf presence alone.

House Specialties

Recipes we developed in-house — signature blends, seasonal preserves, and prepared foods you won't find anywhere else in the area.

Catering & Orders

For events, gatherings, and special occasions. We prepare custom bread boards, pastry platters, and catering spreads — ordered in advance, delivered with care.

Community Events

Workshops, tastings, and seasonal celebrations hosted right here at the shop. We believe food tastes better when shared — and we love bringing people together.

The standards
we don't negotiate

There is a difference between making food and making food well. At Tri-Community, we hold ourselves to the latter — not because it is trendy, but because it is the only way we know how to operate.

Every decision, from the flour we mill to the way we arrange a shelf, is guided by a single question: does this serve the person who will use it?

01

Time over convenience

Our breads ferment naturally. Our sauces reduce slowly. We accept that good food cannot be rushed, and we build our schedule around that truth.

02

Ingredients with intent

We source from suppliers who share our standards. When we can't find what we need locally, we look further — but we never compromise on what goes into our products.

03

Community as foundation

We are not a chain, a franchise, or a side venture. This is our home, and the people around us are our neighbors first and our customers second.

04

Transparency always

You should know where your food comes from, how it was made, and what it contains. We tell the whole story — not just the parts we want you to hear.
